The couple of times I have had an issue with a firmware update (which ended up being my fault) the guys here at were helpful, responded quickly and I got the support I needed. It worked when I bought it, and I have updated my 3DS and it continues to work not without a hitch. So far, I have not had a single problem with this card.

I keep reading about r4 owners out there that seem to get crap support for their cards, or their cards end up not working for one reason or another due to updates.
